Alongside our gm-specific gooseneck safety chain anchors, the GM gooseneck ball is designed to perfectly fit GM trucks with the towing prep package. The factory-style gooseneck ball works with the puck system included in the GM towing package and provides a 2-5/16 In. diameter to fit most standard gooseneck trailers. It features a gross trailer weight capacity up to 30,000 lbs. and a vertical load limit of 7,500 lbs. The gooseneck ball also comes with a patent-pending installation system, operating with a simple quarter-turn latch lock for ease of use and a secure mount. Retention balls, built into the shank, keep the gooseneck ball fixed into the receiver hole and your trailer locked on tight. The gooseneck ball also has a chrome finish and meets U.S. V-5 specifications for safety.
